Position: Senior Redevelopment Executive (Male)

Qualification: Graduate in any stream. Post-Graduate / MBA will be an advantage.
Key Skills: The candidate must have good knowledge, and experience in the relevant area of Redevelopment & Construction.
He must be a go-getter, have Excellent Communication skills, with an ability to make presentations, handle negotiations, and put the points across in a convincing manner, to the society members / customers.
He must be good at Calculations - which is one of the pre-requisites, to fit well into the role.
He must be willing to be flexible with the work-timings & schedules, since the nature of job may demand the same.
