Responsibility - Giving solution to the customers over the phone according to customer’s problems, it can be personal or professional
Location – anywhere in India
Productivity hours- 8 hours
It’s a value added services from Vodafone or idea , example these days all service telecoms provider like Vodafone and idea give every solution over the phone only , like , we receive messages on our phone if we want to take help from pandit ji dial 53300 and if we want to make friends over the phone dial 52345 etc , with this short numbers calls telecoms provider (Vodafone and idea ) charge some extra money like 3 rs per call from the their users and give solution on users requirement , this is called value added feature available on our phone numbers
The requirement we have it for counselors who can give advise over the phone depending on users problem its very interesting attractive profile for the females who needs job specific skills we are looking for, we are just looking for girls who can give satisfactory answers to the user, who is using our value added services and paying us to get an satisfactory solution of their problems,
Payout Slab:
0-3 hrs: Rs.0.40/min
3-6 hrs: Rs.0.50/min
6 n above hrs: Rs. 0.60/min
NEED 10 Agent on this process.
Payout: whichever high center will get (Fix payout or Commission Slab).
Commercials :-
At the time of MOU, Center has to pay 30k as Slot Confirmation charge. (Refundable).
At the time of SLA with Client Office Center has to pay 1 lac.
Royalty 10% from every billing.
** Only 3 slots are available. Last date of slot booking is 03/04/2012. (Tuesday).
