But if you have an e-book which is solely meant for promotional purposes and can be downloaded only through particular web pages only through your control then you don’t require an ISBN number. You cannot use the ISBN number of the print version of your book for the e-book or digital version.
4. DRM
DRM is digital rights management. It is basically a way of safeguarding your e-book to prevent other parties from copying it.
